Founders

John Zhang, PE, member of INTERCiSE Development and Fabrication, LLC. He held positions such as mechanical engineer, senior engineer and engineering manager position in different companies such as Westinghouse, Alfa Laval, Ametek and HP/Agilent over his 20 years professional career. He has broad experience of product design and development in telecom, life science, electro/mechanical test instrument, cooling & heating, and materials handling. He has extensive experience of sourcing parts from Pacific Rim such as China and Taiwan. He is a licensed professional engineer with M.S. in mechanical engineering and MBA.

Don Taylor, member of INTERCiSE Development and Fabrication, LLC. He has over 24 years experience in new product development, process development, tool&die design and fabrication, and model making. In his 24 years dedicated HP/Aglient professional career, he holds two patents in electro/mechanical packaging and ultra high frequency coaxial connector. As manufacturing development engineer, he developed the most advanced wire EDM turning process in the world. As tool&die designer, he designed and fabricated automated microelectronics and microwave test & assembly equipment for all of HP/Agilent divisions in Sonoma county, ergonomic tool, complex form & trim dies, progressive stamping dies, plastic & polyiron compression molds, used for HP/Agilent instruments. His expertise and hands-on skills in machining processes such as milling, turning, wire EDM, grinding, and broad experience in heat treat, assembly and metrology will enable INTERCiSE to accelerate your new product introduction.
